Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders placed during normal business hours typically ship within 1-3 business days. During sales these times may increase but we will post a notice on the site.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: Business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm PST. However we are based in Hawaii so if you message us you may get a reply later than that. We do our best to respond in a timely fashion, however since the owner works a full-time job you may not receive a reply immediately but we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Q: I forgot to add something to my order. Can I add on it?

A: No changes or cancellations can be made to an order once placed as it slows down our processing, so please make sure your order is correct before submitting.

Q: Why are some glitters more expensive than others?

A: We source our glitter from around the world. Unfortunately the glitter produced here in the US costs more so the price is slightly higher. However, it is also high quality and gets delivered very quickly.

Mixed size glitters have a higher price as well due to the of the mix of glitter colors, sizes, and cuts used to make them.

Q: I ordered an Aloha Subscription Box. When will it ship?

A: Aloha Boxes typically ship between the 20th and the 25th of each month.

Q: I'm a new customer. Do you have any sales or coupon codes?

A: Sales and coupon codes are offered randomly. If you place an order before a sale begins or after it ends, unfortunately we cannot adjust your order.
